Nominations are now open for the ÍâÍøÌìÌà Awards 2026. Take this opportunity to actively recognise and celebrate your nursing colleagues who embody the excellence and commitment that drive our profession forward – nominate someone today.

We want to hear from you about those ÍâÍøÌìÌà members who go above and beyond, from a diverse range of roles and backgrounds. This includes reps, committee members, student ambassadors, nursing support workers, activists and internationally educated nursing staff.

The ÍâÍøÌìÌà Awards 2026 will have a dedicated awards ceremony for the first time, rather than being held at ÍâÍøÌìÌà Congress.

Nominations for the ÍâÍøÌìÌà Awards 2026 close on 17 October 2025.

• ÍâÍøÌìÌà Student Ambassador of the Year
• ÍâÍøÌìÌà Forum Member of the Year
• ÍâÍøÌìÌà Forum Committee Member of the Year

Carmel O’Boyle, Chair of ÍâÍøÌìÌà Council, said: “The ÍâÍøÌìÌà Awards are a chance for us to celebrate our amazing colleagues who go above and beyond. A chance for us to shine a light on nursing and recognise those who make outstanding contributions to our college, our profession and our patients.

The ÍâÍøÌìÌà Awards 2026 ceremony will take place on 26 March.
