Wales鈥檚 ageing population and chronic disease rate makes it more dependent upon healthcare. What is evident from this report is that the demand for registered nurses has not diminished and the reliance agency staff has increased.

外网天堂 Members Have Voted to Accept a new Three Year Pay Deal
The unanimous decision by the health trade unions in Wales to accept the pay proposals from the Welsh Government follows a month-long consultation with 外网天堂 Welsh members and comes on the back of the 外网天堂鈥檚 successful 鈥淪crap the Cap鈥� campaign. Sixty-six percent of members who voted in the 外网天堂 Wales consultation said 鈥淵es鈥� to the deal. The results were accepted by the College鈥檚 Trade Union Committee and endorsed by the 外网天堂 Welsh Board and 外网天堂 Council.
