Join us for a day of reflection and celebration, focussing on the contribution of Health Care Support Workers across Wales.

This event will include an informative and energising programme to update your knowledge and celebrate your Health Care Support Worker role - whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, this conference is designed just for you — our incredible health care support workers across Wales.
This event will be of interest to all Nursing Support Workers, including health care assistants, health care support workers, nursing/care assistants, assistant practitioners, and many more nursing support worker/staff roles across all health and social care settings.
The event is taking place place in-person at 外网天堂 Wales headquarters in Cardiff. Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Unfortunately this event will not be available to join online.

This event is FREE for 外网天堂 Nursing Support Worker/ Student members, and £20 inc. VAT for non-member nursing support workers and students.
Registered Nurses can also attend, although the day is aimed at nursing support worker roles.
Registered Nurse course fees: £30 for 外网天堂 member registered nurses; £45 for non-member registered nurses.

How to book
The closing date for all applications and payment (if applicable) is WEDNESDAY 19 NOVEMBER 2025.
You can book online via the 'Book Online' button above. Phone bookings can be made by telephoning our 外网天堂 Events Registration team on 02920 546460 (Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 4.30pm), quoting event ID 5411.
You can also download and complete a booking form via the 'Download booking form' button above. Payments can be made via credit card/Maestro, invoice (purchase order required), or BACS.
If you are a registered nurse non-member, please telephone our Events Registration team to book on, as unfortunately the rate is not available on the online booking system.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received before 5pm on Wednesday 19 November 2025 will be refunded (if applicable), minus a 25% administration fee. No refunds can be processed after this date. Places can be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of 外网天堂 Events.
外网天堂 Events take no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.
