However, the proposals would mean that some higher risk procedures could be carried out by non-healthcare staff. 外网天堂 Scotland questions whether the proposed approach correctly protects service users, notes that licensing and regulation will need to be resourced to be effective and also questions whether there is sufficient data on complications and risks of NSCPs to be confident in the proposed approach.
